BRE Series Cross Roller Bearings

BRE series crossed roller bearing is a new type of bearing developed based on the design concept. Compared with the BRB type, the main dimensions of the BRE series are the same, but they are different in structure. The inner ring of BRE series crossed roller bearing is split type, and the outer ring is integral type, which is suitable for mechanical equipment with high precision requirements on the outer ring.

BRE series crossed roller bearing introduction

In the RE series crossed roller bearings, spacers are installed between vertically arranged rollers, which can prevent the rollers from tilting and rubbing against each other, thereby reducing the rotational moment. At the same time, since the inner ring (or outer ring) adopts a two-stage structure, the clearance of the bearing can be adjusted. Even under preload, RE series crossed roller bearings can still achieve high rotational performance.

The crossed roller bearing with this design concept has the characteristics of high precision, reduced rotational moment and adjustable bearing clearance. It is suitable for applications requiring high precision, low friction and high rotational performance.

Application Field

Installation Method

Preparations before installation

Cleaning parts: Make sure that parts such as the base of the bearing are clean, and remove impurities or dirt that may affect the bearing installation.

Check the seat: Carefully inspect the seat of the bearing to make sure there are no problems that could interfere with the bearing installation process.

Installation process

Lay the bearing across the base: Lay the crossed roller bearing across the base so that it is aligned with the plane of the base.

Tap the Bearing: Using a small plastic hammer, tap the bearing diagonally to install it into the base with slow and even force. This tapping pattern helps the bearing to slide smoothly into the seat.

After the installation is complete

Inspect the bearings: After installation, rotate the bearings to check for any damage or abnormalities. Pay attention to the smoothness of the rotation and whether there is any abnormal sound.

Confirm the installation quality: By observing the rotation and operation of the bearing, confirm whether the installation is completed smoothly and there is no problem.
