Installation Method

1. Preparation before installation

First, clean the base and other parts of the bearing, and then check whether the base is intact, otherwise it will affect the installation of the bearing and cause failure.

2. The installation process

First place the bearing horizontally on the base of the bearing, then use a flat small square wood or other things to pad the surface of the bearing, use a small hammer to knock against the wood, and slowly knock the cross roller bearing in. Until the bearing is parallel to the base, or it cannot be knocked.

3. After the installation is complete

First check whether the bearing is damaged during installation, and then pay attention to the appearance, speed, and noise of the bearing.
